Requirements for Daycare and Boarding

All dogs must undergo a First Day Orientation for behavior assessment. This ensures that we make the best placement decisions for your dog during their stay!

Cancellation Policy
We do understand that sometimes the best laid plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation for an upcoming stay, please call us at (614) 423-7032.
Although we strive to be as understanding as possible, normally daycare and grooming cancellations less than 24 hours before and no-shows the day of your pet’s reservation are charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled stay.

The following situations will incur a $10 fee

Drop off before 7am or after 9am​

Pick up after 7pm; After 7:30pm, the dog will be boarded overnight in a luxury suite at the owner's expense

Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, there will be an additional $60 fee for Boarding, $20 for Grooming, and $10 for Daycare.

Cancellation Policy

We do understand that sometimes the best-laid plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation for an upcoming stay or groom, please call us at (614) 423-7032 at least 24 hours before your groom.

Canceling without at least 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the value of the service on the first cancellation and a 100% charge of the service on the second cancellation. This is to ensure respect for our team's time and profession. (Please note, we do this for grooms in order to ensure our groomers maintain a livable wage consistently, as they are paid by commission & tips only.​​

Flea Policy

We pride ourselves in keeping a clean, pest-free salon, but we also understand that sometimes pups pick up a few hitchhikers on their adventures. If we discover fleas during your dog’s appointment, we will provide an immediate flea bath so your pet leaves feeling refreshed and comfortable. You’ll be notified right away, and a $40 treatment fee will be added to that day’s reservation.
Late Drop Off/ Pick Up

Parents are welcome to drop off up to a half hour before the scheduled appointment. Our system is set up to add a $10 late fee for those pups checked in after the scheduled time.

If you cannot pick up your pup within an hour of their completed grooming service, you will be charged an additional daycare fee of $10/hr.
Vaccination Requirements
​Your dog's safety is our first consideration! We will contact your veterinarian for vaccine records once your application is received.

We reserve the right to charge you for a missed appointment if your pet does not have updated vaccines the day of their appointment.
(Pro Tip - Vaccines take 10 days to reach full efficacy!)
Specialty Handling Charges

Matting is not only painful for your dog and creates a negative connection to getting groomed, but is also emotionally taxing for the groomer. As with all other grooming facilities, we charge when we find matting. This additional charge is on the severity of the matting and the time it takes for the groomer to safely remove it.

For pups not properly socialized or wound up who need an additional pair of hands for safety, we charge an additional $20 for the other groomer's time to help with your dog's groom. You always have the option to take daycare breaks if you choose the play-and-groom option.

Aggressive dogs will be charged a $60 fee if they injure one of our groomers.
Appointment Length​
Please give us 3-4 hours to ensure consistent personal care for your pup. (Box Fan/Hand Dry Only ) This time ensures we will achieve consistent personal care before you receive your pups pick up test. (Please do not come to the Salon until) Needing your pup in a shorter amount of time, let us know at drop-off and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. When your pet it ready for pick-up, please come get them promptly.

We want you to LOVE your dog's groom and each of our groomers do their best to listen to your instruction, so they are able to recreate what you have envisioned. If you are unhappy in any way, please reach out within 72 hours after your pets groom. We will be happy to listen to your concerns and make any changes you feel are necessary at no additional cost to you while adding notes for the next time!
